Southern Utah's home builders put on a spectacular adventure this year. 30 homes were up for touring, and I only made it to a few. Let's just say yay for the weather this year for starters! It felt like springtime compared to 2022, the weather then was so windy, tumble weeds blowing everywhere, falling down the mountains like giant boulders! It was a war zone running from home to home for safety. ;() This year was a perfect experience!
The favorite builds this year I had a privilege to tour were The Southwest Remix, Kayenta, (my favorite) in the beautiful red cliff's, desert views and black rock stood these amazing spacious modern, retro homes. It seemed as though they were fitted into the ground more so that the views stayed preserved. These homes are built with earth friendly materials and high energy climate control systems. J2 Consruction really set the bar with this luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath/3 car garage 2,509. sq. f. homes ranging in the 1.6 million. I felt like home driving through this community of lax and luxury. If I was in the market for a retirement home this is where I would want to be.

Cedar Point Home Builders did a fantastic job, I could tell they took pride in their homes. They were welcoming and took the time to speak with us and give us tips of their favorite viewing spots in the home. These homes are built for co-ownership and renting out. 3 levels of exclusive fun, 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 car garages, 7,599 square feet for only $4,800. million! I would have to say this is a steal for this value! Granite the homes are built close together, so not much of a yard for this size of a home, but the rooftop decks make up for it, with spectacular 360-degree views of the breathtaking mountains and lagoon.
